Accounting Manager - Malibu, CA

Dun & Bradstreet Credibility Corp. is looking for a strong Accounting Manager who will be responsible for managing the company's accounting functions under the guidance and direction of the Controller. The ideal candidate will have very strong analytical skills, finance and accounting expertise (CPA or CMA a huge plus!). Experience with a recurring revenue business model in the SaaS/cloud services or internet space is highly preferred.

More Specifically...

Financial Reporting(with guidance from senior executives):

  • Draft monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
  • Analysis of results, budget variances and operating issues
  • Report monthly compliance to bank, board of directors and shareholders appropriate
  • Oversee stock option administration and related reporting

  • Ensure compliance (PCI) with industry, state and federal regulations relating to credit card processing. Be a key, subject matter expert in PCI Compliance for the Company

Manager of Financial Information Systems (FIS) - Malibu, CA

Dun & Bradstreet Credibility Corp. is looking for a top performing Manager of FIS who will be responsible for managing the company's financial enterprise platforms under the guidance of the Director of FIS. The position will be a key business partner to the Director and have direct interaction with the CFO and CTO in determining the architecture, design, development, implementation, deployment and maintenance of the multiple financial systems including Microsoft Dynamics (Great Plains), SAS analytics, large scale SQL databases and interfaces to proprietary systems supporting high volume ecommerce transactions, credit card payments processing/reconciliation, business planning and performance metrics.

  • 3+ years supervisory/management experience

The Sr. Java Engineer will primarily be responsible for continuous design and development of a SOA layer to support the enterprise architecture within the company. The SOA layer will act as a data access layer, separating operational data stores and data warehouses from the application and GUI layers. In addition, the new systems will communicate with and consume services from external partners.

  • Lead the agile development efforts and object oriented programming of a Java SOA layer
