Positive physiology is a relatively new addition to the field. Though the first summit of positive psychology happened in 1999, it has created a huge step forward for psychologists promoting the overall wellbeing of their patients.

For several years, I have been working with individuals to help them work through problems (for example anxiety, depression, fears, etc.) I have helped these individuals face obstacles and invent themselves in new ways.
I can help you to identify what is holding you back and keeping you stuck. You can learn to manage your beliefs. Are my beliefs really true? You can learn to change limiting beliefs to empowering beliefs. Learning to do this is a skill that takes time, attention and practice to master this skill.
My coaching style is conversational, interactive and solution-focused. Coaching is a process that goes on for 3-6 months or longer depending upon your goals. Some individuals are looking for basic feedback. Others are looking to develop a whole new image. Others are looking for a whole new orientation. What do you need?
