I am a Texas Real Estate Broker with over ten years of experience. Specialties include second/vacation properties, vacation rental management, and buyer/seller representation. I am the past owner of Pointe West Properties, a vacation real estate brokerage, offering sales services plus turn-key vacation rental management solutions for owners. Pointe West Properties managed up to 55 vacation rental properties at a time. In December 2014, I sold the brokerage to Vacasa, the top international vacation rental management company, as their first Texas acquisition.

Before entering the real estate field, I worked as a high school chemistry teacher. I continue to draw on this analytical background as my talents include evaluating market data and other information for clients, ensuring I can always provide the most relevant and up-to-date knowledge necessary for getting a property sold.

I Levine & Co. in 2017 after serving as owner/broker of Pointe West Properties in Galveston. My time with Pointe West solidified my skills in second home real estate, and I eventually sold the brokerage to Vacasa as their first Texas acquisition. I am an expert in Galveston Vacation Rental Sales, Management & Investments . As a Realtor, I focus on building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and take my role as a trusted advisor very seriously. I especially enjoy working with first-time homebuyers, and want my clients to know that I will support you every step of the way. My sales background and analytical approach gives me special insight into the process of new home construction, where I have a chance to further protect your needs and look out for your best interests throughout the transaction. I attended the University of Oklahoma, ultimately transferring to graduate from Texas A&M University in 2003. Currently, I enjoy playing golf and fishing with my three children in League City. I'm a member of the National Association of Realtors, the Houston Association of Realtors, and the Galveston Association of Realtors.
