Refund Policy

This refund policy (“Refund Policy”) is applicable to those Dun & Bradstreet, Inc. products and services which are purchased in accordance with and subject to the terms of the Dun & Bradstreet click-through Product License Agreement (each, an “Eligible Product”).

To the extent you have purchased an Eligible Product from us, and you have not accepted the terms of the Product License Agreement either by clicking “accept” on our product dashboard or otherwise, then you may receive a complete refund by contacting us at 866-584-0283 not later than thirty (30) days from the date set forth on your electronic order confirmation e-mail.
The unused portion from prior purchased products or services cannot be applied as a credit towards other Dun & Bradstreet products or services.  

No cash refunds or service credits will be issued outside of this Refund Policy. Any refunds will be issued by way of the same method of payment as the original payment and the refund will be exactly as received from the funding source. For example, if Dun & Bradstreet receives a payment of $1,000.00 USD from your credit card account in Canada and you request a full refund following the receipt of such payment, regardless of the currency conversion to CAD that your financial institution may have done for the purchase, we will refund you $1,000.00 USD. If you have issues with the funding source that processed the purchase or the refund back, you should deal directly with that financial institution.  The appearance of a credit card refund on your credit card account used to make a Dun & Bradstreet purchase may take 3-5 business days based on the service time of the bank that issued your credit card. Cancellation of Dun & Bradstreet invoices can take 3-5 business days.

Dun & Bradstreet reserves the right to revise this Refund Policy at any time without providing notice to its users by posting the revised Refund Policy on any Dun & Bradstreet website. Your continued use of the Dun & Bradstreet products or services after any changes to this Refund Policy have been posted shall be deemed your irrevocable acceptance of those revisions.
