As with condominium conversions, BPD leverages core competencies in financial analysis, zoning code analysis, construction management and property repositioning to maximize the net operating income of its rental portfolio.

The two leading principals of Boston Property Development, Peter McLoughlin and Teddy Ahern, come from dynamic and complementary backgrounds. Peter is financially oriented and spent 6 years working in investment banking honing his financial and project management skills. Teddy has been surrounded by construction work his entire life. He has been working on buildings for over 25 years and has relationships that span decades in and throughout Boston's trades groups and development related organizations. The two have combined their skills to form an excellent team that is action and results oriented.
