Our signature class is Boot Camp. What is Boot Camp?
We take basic exercises like jumping jacks, pushups, sit-ups ? and combine them with cardio, sports drills, strength, and balance and flexibility exercises to give you a 1-hour group fitness class that blasts calories, stress, and all your old notions of "working out".
Sure, there are some classic military-style moves here (but no barbed wire and mud pits, we promise). But while basic exercises will be repeated throughout the 6-week progressive program, no two classes are alike. We mix it up ? cardio focus one day, muscle strengthening or core work the next, drills, team workouts, sometimes even a little dance thrown in!
Each week builds in challenge level and intensity as you learn the exercises, become an expert at performing them, and then challenge yourself to push your limits a little more at each class. We DON?T yell. We DON?T have unreasonable expectations. We WILL push you out of your comfort zone. We WILL ask you to try hard. And we WILL provide a fun and supportive environment for you, whatever shape you?re in, and we stick with you until you see, feel, and love the results!
