We like the idea of supporting the local economy and using our own employees (NOT out of state based sub contract crews) to build in your backyard.


If you are in the market for a shed, consider this:
oBuilt on your site OR we can deliver already pre-built (ask about prebuilt discount availability!)
oPressure treated floor system including 4" x 4" pressure treated (AND certified for ground contact) skids, 2" x 4" pressure treated floor joists, and 5/8" pressure treated plywood flooring
oAll framing (floor, walls & roof) is 2" x 4" lumber spaced 16" OC (apart)
oDuratemp wood siding or vinyl siding
oRoof system includes 25 year architectural laminate shingles over a ridge vent, tar paper underlayment, and drip edge. Our sheds with vinyl siding also have aluminum clad fascia & soffit along with aluminum cladding around the steel doors.
oDouble doors with a 4', 5', or 6' opening width (depending on length of building) with a keyed latch. Sheds with vinyl siding have fiberglass raised panel doors.
oTwo functioning windows with screens and shutters.
oleveling building up to 8" with concrete blocks and / or pressure treated lumber. We also can lift the entire building on vertical foundation posts if you have a hilly location.
oNo sub-contractors or itinerant out of state based crews. All work is performed by our own full time, uniformed employees.
