We are a dedicated team of professionals from various backgrounds who have many years experience working with people just like you. Our goal is to provide high quality mental health services that focus on improving your life through immediate support and long-term wellness. We work with individuals over the lifespan: children, adolescents, and adults of all ages; we also work with couples and families in need of counseling in the greater Lexington, Kentucky area.

Our approach is comprehensive and uncomplicated. We will tailor our mental health services to your specific needs through an initial assessment and diagnosis, followed by skill building, solution focused counseling, and/or medication management to get you feeling better as quickly as possible. We also offer services for substance abuse using the newest medications in combination with counseling/coaching to achieve optimal success and help improve your behavioral health in KY. Our clinicians practice full time and are proactive in collaborating with other clinicians responsible for your care to ensure complete coverage of treatment options. We also take extra care to provide a confidential and caring environment where you can feel secure in knowing your privacy matters to us.

Our clinicians have office hours Monday through Friday, with some early morning and evening appointments available. Our office staff will be glad to discuss your specific needs and connect you with the most fitting clinician. Our practice belongs to most (but not all) managed care and preferred provider healthcare plans. We also accept self-pay clients. Visa, MasterCard, personal check, and cash are accepted for payment. Our staff is always willing to assist with any questions you may have.
