Moved by the struggles and challenges that people with disability were facing in the job market, Patricia Best narrowed the organizational focus to create a platform of employment opportunities for the disadvantaged.

In history of its existence, Best International has reached two major milestones. One of the milestones lies on its participants or beneficiaries outcomes. Since 2004, The agency has provided employment services to hundreds of residents who have obtained and maintained employment in great numbers. Records with SSA speak for themselves. Last year, the Maximus nominated Best international Employment as one of the best EN in NYS.

Another accomplishment is the signing of EN contract with SSA right after a year of its birth. This does not happen often considering the age of the company at that time. The EN contract has indeed taken Best International to another level of service delivery by reaching out to thousands of people with disability. At least 10 beneficiaries per day come through our doors for either registration or follow up.

Best International Employment Agency, Inc. service scope is not limited to the US population. The Agency receives dozens of international calls from prospective immigrants inquiring information on employment opportunities in the US.
