Polymeric HPLC Columns and Packing Materials for Biomolecular Separations
BioChrom Labs, Inc., Indiana, USA, is dedicated to developing and manufacturing polymeric HPLC columns and packing materials for biomolecular separation and purification. HYDROCELL HPLC Columns and packing materials are specifically designed for the fast separation and analysis of proteins, polypeptides, polynucleotides, oligonucleotides, vaccines, antibody, antibody-drug conjugates, virus, biosimilars, small peptides and small organic drugs.
BioChrom Labs manufactures HYDROCELL (TM) rigid non-porous, meso-porous, macro-porous polystyrene-divinylbenzene (PS-DVB) polymer beads from 1 to 50 um. It also produces analytical and preparative HPLC protein columns and peptide column from 1 mm to 50 mm ID and packing materials for high molecular weight of proteins, vaccines, antibody, antibody-drug conjugates, biosimilars, polypeptides, oligonucleic acid, DNA fragments, and small peptides, small drugs analysis and purification.
The product line will include the special products, RP 10D and RP 5D, the highly porous, macro-porous polymer beads for direct protein analysis and purification, CNT-NS 1500 for semiconducting carbon nanotube sorting and purification and QA 3000, SP 3000, QA NP10, SP NP10, C4 NP10, Phenyl NP10 for high molecular weight of vaccine, antibody, antibody-drug conjugates (ADC) and glycoprotein, virus analysis and purification. The separation modes of HPLC columns include Anion Exchange Columns, Cation Exchange Columns, Hydrophobic Interaction Columns, Non-porous High Speed Columns, Reversed Phase Columns, Nucleic Acid Columns, Carbon Nanotube (CNT) Columns and Size Exclusion Columns.
Unlike the conventional silica based HPLC Columns, these polymeric HPLC columns offer high speed, high resolution and efficiency. They are chemically resistant, and can be operated continuously at a wide pH range of 1 to 14. These columns can be cleaned up with 1 M NaOH, 1 M HCl solution or organic solvents. They can be operated under high speed and high flow rate for bioseparation. The pressure limit of HYDROCELL columns is up to 4000 psi for porous packing materials.
