Bosque Brewing Co. has a simple core value system. Brew beer with flavor and craftsmanship that will never be compromised for profit margin. We see what’s happened in America’s beer industry and we think it’s a tragedy. Self-proclaimed “kings”, silver trains in football stadiums, and lives that aren’t so high after the weak off-color water hits the tongue. It ends here. We proudly join our craft beer brethren in a revolution fought in pint glasses across this country and the world. It then moves to bottles and cans in living rooms and around campfires. Finally, shelf-space can be rightfully reclaimed in grocery stores and corner marts by beer that tastes as good as it was meant to since the dawn of civilization. This is about quality over quantity, taste buds over easy mass production, and earning customers’ trust over corporate greed. We began with a driving entrepreneurial spirit, old friendships and a nagging desire to see the ancient art of crafting great tasting brews restored to its former glory. We were convinced that people generally agreed and thought beer in America had become boring imposters of what real beer should be. It goes without saying that each person is unique so we swore off being tempted to produce concoctions that only we wanted to drink. We would be no better than the guilty breweries if we told people what beer to settle for or who their beer-king is, but our product did have to be drinkable and appeal to the widest audience possible. So we set about it. We started a brewery…then we started learning how to brew outstanding beer…in that order. Our extensive panel of taste-testers tell us it worked out very well. It’s our intent to continue the time-honored tradition of brewing high quality, flavorful beer for coming generations. We contribute to the local economy by creating jobs and distributing a product that is far reaching. We will be a growing business that may become large but without compromising our small business principles. We will provide a product, brand, and vision that you can proudly identify with.
