Also contained in this facility is a complete sheet metal fabrication shop that manufactures custom HVAC duct work and UL- Listed electrical raceway components.

The bulk of projects are performed under subcontract with various diagnostic imaging equipment vendors that supply equipment to healthcare facilities. This arrangement allows single source payment by the owner (facility) and a single point of responsibility for the entire equipment installation.

Caffey is the preferred contractor for the following OEM's(Original Equipment Manufacturers):

- Siemens Medical

- Varian Medical


The remaining percentage of Caffey projects are performed under prime contract directly with the hospital (facility). This arrangement eliminates overhead charges, bond costs, or management fees charged by some OEMs for turnkey acquisition of the equipment. However, the same level of thorough coordination is provided with the OEM.
