The team is led by an Orthopedic surgeon, and the team consists of an Anesthesiologist, assistant surgeons, scrub nurses, and an experienced intra-operative radiographer. The operation theatre for performing the surgeries is well lit and well-equipped with intraoperative fluoroscopy (X-ray), lead aprons, drill machines, necessary basic surgical instruments, and even microscopes or endoscopes as the surgery demands.
