Was established in 1927 by Charles and Ethyl Michael, started in a garage on Miles Street where the building still stands. Mr. Michael started by doing primarily Plumbing and coal boiler repair. Charles’s daughter and son in law Fred A and Ruth Heinrich took over the business and started Furnace and air conditioning repair and installation. The business was about 80% plumbing and 20% heating at this time. Between 1968-69 Fred and Ruth’s son Steve took over the business and moved it to Front Street and changed the course of business to 80% Heating and cooling and 20% plumbing. Our current location is 431 High Street. Where we repair and install furnaces, air conditioners, strip heat, boilers, Geo Thermal Units, Mini Splits and take care of residential and commercial.
