We provide complete turnkey operations, including equipment drawings and planning, applications, project management, delivery and installation, training, warranty and extended service. Site Planning:
With every type of equipment sold, ChicagoMEDX can provide complete detailed CAD layout drawings regarding equipment placement. Working with you, we help to determine the best location for your medical imaging system. Our experienced field staff will help you to design a new space or reconfigure an existing area. We start with preliminary drawings that show the layout of the equipment. Upon the clients’ approval of the layout, we provide detailed drawings including electrical, structural, mechanical requirements. While these are not architectural drawings, your contractor/architect will find them appropriate for submittal for any required municipal permits.
Installation:
ChicagoMEDX will install all different types of equipment utilizing manufacturer- trained engineers. All installations are completed using manufacturing specifications, and will be eligible for OEM’s maintenance agreement if so desired by the client.

Warranties:
Every refurbished system purchased from ChicagoMEDX is eligible for a comprehensive warranty, which can include all parts and labor, including glassware, cryogens, & coldhead. These services can also be provided via OEM’s as well.

Training:
Upon completion of the installation, application specialists can train your staff in how to operate the equipment at the maximum potential. When appropriate, C.E. credits will be given to the technologists that complete the training.

Extended Service:
ChicagoMEDX offers a variety of options for providing extended service to assure proper maintenance of the equipment during its entire life cycle. These options include:

2. Parts & Labor
a. Including Glassware
b. Including Cryogens & Coldhead
3. Parts only option
4. Co-Op Services

Trade-In Program:
When applicable, ChicagoMEDX can offer trade-in value based on the equipment being replaced. This will allow us to uninstall the current installed equipment at the right time, allowing all necessary room prep to be completed prior to the delivery and installation of the new equipment. This can help minimize downtime.

Interim Solutions:
When replacing a system, ChicagoMEDX can offer an interim solution for any period of time in order maintain service to your clients.

Delivery:
ChicagoMEDX can provide delivery of any type of equipment to include rigging when appropriate.

Financing Solutions:
ChicagoMEDX can help you secure the financing required to complete your purchase. Through our various financing partners, we can help you obtain a capital lease or operating lease for the project with payment terms designed to fit your budget.
