Both Founders are retired Army Nurse Corps Officers, who for over half of their Army careers worked exclusively on Health Facility Planning - from small projects to multibillion dollar programs - from military clinics and hospitals in the U.S. and overseas, to humanitarian and military missions overseas, from peacetime to Iraq and Afghanistan during times of conflict.

President / CEO: Sharon L. Steele: an experienced and celebrated Clinical Health Facility Planner. Her most recent position was as Clinical Planner for Project HOPE, for Basrah Children's hospital, training the Iraqi Directors how to open a hospital, ordering all the medical equipment and managing the Project Database. Prior to that was the Base Realignment and Closure (BRAC) Program Officer for the U.S. Army Surgeon General, managing over $4B worth of projects; Director of Program Integration, Contingency Director, and Senior Clinical Planner at the U.S. Army Health Facility Planning Agency. She also spent five years as the primary Clinical Planner for the Womack Army Medical Center from design through construction. Her experience spans the continuum of Health Facility Planning. She has been recognized for her technical expertise and her leadership of Army Medical Facility Planning Teams into combat zones.
