Our goal is to make CrossFit a family function. Families that CrossFit are not only physically stronger, but become stronger as a family while they join in helping each other perform better everyday. This is one reason we offer free day care. Most of our members are not the “typical” person you think of that are associated with CrossFit. Although we love and support our athletes who train year-round and compete in the games, our members are just like you. Maybe you want to lose a little weight, get more toned, or are bored with going to a gym.
