Our doctors and staff work together to provide patients with the best and most comprehensive services available.

CHCS is a federally qualified health center. Federally qualified health centers provide excellent quality of care for EVERYONE regardless of insurance status or ability to pay.

We accept most types of insurance including Medicare, Medicare Advantage Plans, Commercial insurance plans, Medicaid, Tri-Care and others. Our fees are similar to those of other providers, but sliding scale discounts are available for indigent and uninsured patients. Sliding fee discounts are determined by an application process that can even be completed on your first visit to any of our health centers.

Because CHCS is dedicated to quality care for our patients, we voluntarily choose to participate in The Joint Commission Accreditation program.
