Construct 1 Corporation was conceived in 1994 with the sole purpose of becoming one of the areas premiere Public Works Contractors. In the last 9 years, Construct 1 has successfully completed over 85 projects almost exclusively in the Public sector for a combined total value of over $135 million dollars. These completed projects range from small to large, including aquatics facilities, new multi-story buildings and renovations, community centers, schools, gymnasiums, theaters, health industry facilities, and other types of specialized buildings.

From the beginning, founder and RMO Brian Hundley has been focused on providing solid leadership to assemble a carefully chosen staff, and implement company policies that ensure the utmost quality and care are provided for each project, to deliver what in many instances has become the standard other contractors are compared to.

Brian personally selects the staff members for each project to match their specific skills and experience with the project needs, which in many specialized environments is critical to a successful project. The Construct 1 staff strives to be pro-active in identifying problems before they occur, and are helpful in providing realistic solutions that in many cases result in cost savings to the projects. This approach is consistently applied to all projects, whether we are performing as a General Contractor, Construction Manager, Consultant, or working in the Design/Build or Lease/Lease back format.

At Construct 1 we believe in the Project Team concept, good communication and an exchange of constructive ideas between team members, provide the highest quality results for the Project Owner and are essential in meeting the project schedule and projected budget.
