As of November 2009, CBI added an additional partner in Johnny O'Neal who became the Project Manager for company's new Weatherization Construction Department. CBI was awarded a three year contract of a $1,000,000.00 per annum with Nueces County Community Action Agency. Additionally, Mr. O'Neal's vast experience in building and construction was able to provide CBI with contracts from the Low Income Housing Community Agency (LIHCA) and Bee County Community Action Agency (BCCAA) Headstart program. Corpus Bayside also was awarded a $500,000 weatherization contract from BCCAA in February 2011 with additional weatherization work promised from the same agency.
