TIMA Power Systems was started in 1977 by the founder who passed away in 1995. The Company was subsequently sold to the current owners who have continued the tradition of providing professional, unequaled customer service. This year the Company is celebrating 30 years of service to customers throughout the western United States.

Initially the Company was engaged in the service, maintenance and repair of one primary manufacturer of uninterrupted power supplies. In subsequent years, the Company has expanded its portfolio of products and services to include suppliers of UPS equipment, power backup systems, batteries and electrical switching equipment. Today, TIMA has authorized reseller agreements with leading original equipment manufactures (OEM’s) serving the power backup industry.

We have facilities throughout the western United States including headquarters in Torrance, CA. and regional facilities in Oakland, CA., Seattle, WA, Denver, CO., Boise, ID, and Salt Lake City, UT.

Our customer list is as diverse as it is long and it includes large publicly traded companies, government agencies, utility and telecommunications companies, medical, financial and educational institutions, data centers and others. TIMA enjoys a long standing relationship with many of our customers, some of which have been employing our services for over twenty years.
