He was accepted early to dental school at the University of the Pacific School of Dentistry in San Francisco, where he earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree in 2000. 
After graduating, Dr. Flynn completed an internship at Highland Hospital in Oakland, California. He’s also studied at the WhiteCap Institute for dental implant training in Heber City, Utah. He’s a member of the Utah Dental Association, the South Davis Dental Association, and the South Davis Dentist Partnership. He’s certified in CPR and is also an Eagle Scout with three palms. 
Dr. Flynn practices a conservative approach to dentistry. He never recommends treatments unless he knows for sure that a patient’s oral health will benefit from them. He also takes the time to make personal connections with his patients, educating them on their conditions and treatment options and making them generally more comfortable and relaxed during their time in the chair.
Dr. Flynn also believes in making high-quality dentistry accessible to everyone. He knows that busy work and school schedules make it difficult to see a dentist during regular office hours, which is why he operates Dental After Hours during more convenient times: 11am-8pm Monday through Thursday, and 9am-6pm on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday every other weekend.
When he’s not working with patients at Dental After Hours, Dr. Flynn likes to play soccer, hike, and go on adventures with his three awesome children.
