Di-Matrix, founded in 1984, is a highly-certified (ISO9001:2008) and value-added engineering partner and full-service contract manufacturer of fabricated sheet metal, CNC machined, welded and painted components and assemblies. We serve a wide variety of industries, including military, aerospace, medical, energy (oil patch, solar), electronic, automotive and general commercial.

Production - Di-Matrix has highly-skilled large volume production capacity with almost 30,000 SF of space, 24/7 run rate capability, extensive equipment and over 30 employees, including highly certified welders who hold such certifications as AWS D1.1, D1.2, D1.3, D1.6 and D17.1. Di-Matrix is also ITAR registered (# M26444) and maintains an active status in the CCR with CAGE/NCAGE Code 0P4K4.

Engineering - We can help you design your product and make it faster and more cost-effectively with our rapid prototype department and our team of degreed engineers. We help our customers with prototype development for both design and manufacturability purposes. We use all the latest CAD/CAM software including SolidWorks Office, TekSoft ProCAM, Mastercam, ToPs 300, ProE, Merry Mechanization's SMP/IS and more and work with all common file formats.

Quality - Di-Matrix is ISO9001:2008 certified. With an experienced and strong quality department, including certified quality engineers, Master Black Belt - Six Sigma, and solder instructor experience, Di-Matrix is eager to work with you to enhance your success by not only supplying value-added prototype development and manufacturability engineering but also using advanced quality planning techniques like PPAPs, FMEAs, control plans, etc., and the highest quality inspection equipment. Not only is the calibration of all gages performed regularly by an independent third party, but also noteworthy is that all dimensional inspections can be handled in house.

Sheet metal - Our lasers, punches, press brakes and tube bender can create a broad range of sheet metal products from delicate brackets and enclosures to heavy-gauge, military armor products. From mild steel and aluminum to different types of exotic metals, Di-Matrix works with many types of materials and processes to create the sheet metal products you need.

Machining - Our CNC mills, lathes and waterjet can turn a block of virtually any type of metal, including brass and other exotics, into products ranging from space-qualified electronic connectors to industrial fixtures. We also finish castings from turbine blades to high-tech cabling connectors.

Welding - MIG and TIG welding, brazing and oxy/acetalene welding capabilities enable us to meet a broad range of welding requirements, from the most delicate to the most robust. Our welders hold such certifications as AWS D1.1 (structural steel, including armor), D1.2 (structural aluminum), D1.3 (structural sheet steel), D1.6 (stainless steel) and D17.1 (aerospace).

Painting / Silk Screening - Wet paint includes CARC (Chemical Agent Resistant Coating) for military specifications. Silk screening and laser part marking are also available.

Assemblies - Di-Matrix can also be an extended part of your team for kitting and creating light mechanical assemblies, sub-assemblies, and pre-assemblies to meet your needs.
