She is a Certified Mold Remediator (CMR) and a Certified Indoor Environmental Consultant (CIEC) awarded by the American Council for Accredited Certification (www.acac.org).

Patsy is an affiliate member of the St. Louis Association of Realtors, an affiliate member of the St. Charles County Association of Realtors, an affiliate member of the American Society of Home Inspectors – St. Louis Chapter, a member of the American Council for Accredited Certification (www.acac.org) formerly American Indoor Air Quality Council and a member of the Environmental Solutions Association (ESA).
