We proudly provide title services to individuals, small businesses and large scale
corporate clients, some of which include, banking institutions such
as Chase Bank, Wells Fargo, Bank of America, Citi, Peoples United Bank, Guaranteed Rate, and PNC Mortgage. We have direct operations in New York, New Jersey, and
Florida, and are able to process title orders nationally. We service all types of title
transactions ranging from those involving single-family residential properties, to
multi-million dollar commercial retail complexes.
1st Equity prides itself on its outstanding customer service and quick turnaround time. Our in-house title examining and on-site clearance abilities allow us to
expedite any title issue that may arise from start to finish. Also, our office is fully equipped with the latest security measures to ensure the protection of our clientsâ€™
sensitive and personal information. In addition to our fully trained and knowledgeable clerical staff, we have three full-time, licensed attorneys in-house, with over 35 years
contract law and real estate experience. Our title reports are accurate, clear and
comprehensive. Additionally, we offer settlement services, foreclosure searches, and can negotiate liens/judgments on behalf of your clients, if they are interested.
