Fladger Associates approach each professional search assignment with a consistent, time-tested, seven-step process, reporting to you throughout the entire process. Partnering with each client we draw up the required set of skills, understand organizational relationships, define the required experience, and identify the success criteria necessary for the successful candidate. The specifications are promptly shared with all associates, while simultaneously our research team searches our databases of individuals, corporations, and other sources. Selective calls are made to sources and candidates to identify interest and qualifications. Our team conducts an intensive search to identify the qualified passive candidates within a fifty mile radius of the employment location, expanding to one hundred fifty miles and then nationally, if necessary, all done to provide the absolute "best" candidate for your position.



Prospects are interviewed by the consultant who evaluates each on the basis of experience and potential cultural fit within your organization. Confidential written reports are typically submitted on four or five individuals who most closely fit the position. We schedule a mutually convenient meeting between you and each candidate. After each interview, the consultant contacts both the client and the candidate for feedback. When you have selected the final candidate, we contact individuals capable of providing insights about the candidate's qualifications. Collective comments from these references are reviewed with the client.



We can assist in structuring of the compensation package if you wish. We also contact all those who have been helpful in the search, thanking them on behalf of the client
