With many years experience in the pool industry prior to founding Flamingo Bay Pools, Michael adopted a simple three-rule philosophy--listen, learn and implement. This is a small company with huge ideas! Understanding what a client wants, why they want it, and how they can get it is why bigger is not necessarily better. Because a client’s pool can be presented as a computer-generated 3D design, the entire project-- the house, the landscaping and outdoor structures—is transformed into a lifelike illustration. From start to finish, whether on or off the jobsite, Michael is directly accessible to address customers’ questions or concerns. Upon completion, a personal “pool-school” session by Michael, he will explain in detail everything you will need to know about caring for your pool.
