Frame Oil Field Services core business is jobsite and right of way clearing and preparation. Our service area encompasses the entire Marcellus Shale region.

Oil Field Services began in 2003 when owner Rick Frame, a very experienced and accomplished heavy equipment operator,purchased his own John Deere 550 dozer. Since that time, Rick has grown his family owned and operated business to include several million dollars worth of equipment that is operated by more than 20 employees. The ability to have a business that generates millions of dollars per year to help support 20+ families is what Rick believes to be his most treasured accomplishment.

Frame Oil Field Services offers complete clearing,grubbing and site building. Our past oil field projects include a multitude of conventional well sites, Marcellus sites and pipe lines. We are "A" rated on ISNetworld ( #400-164593) and we are a Certified Filtrexx SiltSoxx installer. Our reclamation and site restoration is second to none. Rick tells our team " I want this place to look like a golf course when we leave." and the landowners are always satisfied with the results.

We have many pieces of equipment and expert operators to get in,get done and get out which allows the subsequent phases to be completed on time and on budget. The equipment that we have to offer includes but is not limited to (7) dozers, (4) excavators, a Timbco Fellerbuncher and our new baby, a Bandit Beast 2680T track grinder. We also have a multitude of dump trucks,tractors,trailers,skid steer,rollers etc. to insure that we can handle any aspect of our job.

Our Sandblasting and Coating Division crew is trained and dedicated to handle any painting needs for well sites and pipelines.

Safety is always kept at the forefront of all of our projects and have an impeccable record. We have weekly training and safety meetings at our office along with daily tailgate meetings on the job-sites.
