The GoMotion concept is the brainchild of Jonathan Craig and Bob Hunnewell, a pair of Boston-based innovators that were simply not willing to shelve their running habits in the dark of a New England winter. They were unsatisfied with the available choices of highway reflective vests and forehead-mounted mini lamps, so they went back to the drawing board.

The GoMotion Light first came to life when Craig tired of wearing an uncomfortable and marginally effective headlamp for post-work runs fashioned a then state-of-the-art incandescent lens onto a hand-carved wood chest plate and tied it to his torso using a rope harness. Mounted over his chest for stability and minimal movement, Craig had created the foundation for a true outdoor innovation.

The GoMotion product line is the result of a passion for the outdoors, a bit of ingenuity and problem solving, combined with the desire to be active outside within the constraints of today's busy schedules.

The patent-pending GoMotion Light with CoreBeam technology is designed from the start as a body-mounted light source. GoMotion lights incorporates a high-output, low-profile LED with multiple functions including adjustable beam angle, wide ranging beam width control, and three brightness level options; mounted in a comfortable and stable location on the body. GoMotion lights are attached to performance packs, vests, and belts made of breathable mesh & high-tech fabrics offering unparalleled comfort and flexibility.

The GoMotion line also includes a Sternum Light Kit that retrofits the GoMotion Light onto shoulder straps of existing packs. Additional performance features include blinking tail-lights and reflective trim.

A low profile, lightweight, breathable mesh pack with a 3-Watt LED mounted at chest level for maximum trail visibility and comfort, a 1 ltr hydration cell storage option, and organized, tricot lined, accessory pocket. Additional features include a sternum-strap slider for optimum fit, mini-pac design, and chafe guard adjustable shoulder straps.

Low-profile, super-lightweight, mesh vest with 1-Watt LED designed for the after-hours runner, walker, and others active in low light conditions. Minimalist in design and weight, it has padded straps and the 1-Watt LED mounted at chest level for maximum visibility and comfort. Additional features include chafe guard adjustable shoulder straps, a sternum strap slider for optimum comfort and fit, and a cell phone pocket for additional safety.

A contoured, waist-level LED running belt designed as a lightweight solution for walkers and recreational runners with breathable mesh construction. 1-Watt LED with the same CoreBeam functions as the LiteVest. The SportBelt includes two storage pockets, adjustable fit, and lightweight construction.
