Ken Kelsch is our Director of Operations; he has been a resident of Fairbanks for over 30 years and understands the unique needs for operating in our cold climate.

Philosophy ---
Ultimately, our goal is to provide high-quality services that are appropriate to their settings and extremely functional. Over the years, we have completed over 250 projects in the Fairbanks North Star Borough as well as Delta Junction and Nenana.

Personal attention to each project---
Each client receives one-on-one attention through the entire process. We follow job specifications and if, when the project starts, there are unforeseen surprises we are flexible and we work closely with the customer to resolve the issue to their satisfaction.

Safety of our crews is our number one priority. We provide on going training for our workers and stress that the proper PPE is used on every project.
