Harding Trout Hatchery began in 1984 raising a small volume of trout to be sold as a backyard operation. As demand for trout increased from a limited facility we moved and vastly expanded the business by relocating to a beautiful 24 acres in Bethlehem, CT. Now in 2017 our facility leads Connecticut's trout aquaculture industry and is the only instate full time grower.
We service 27 fish and game clubs as well as municipal fishing derbies, exclusive fishing preserves and private pond owners.
