After recognizing the demand for small businesses to provide professional competitively priced services with a high level of honesty and integrity, Art Bejarano and Joe Machain founded and incorporated Integrity PCB Design, Inc. in October 2002 in the State of Arizona. "Our customers are constantly searching for professional business partners that can do what they say they can do at a competitive price. Our business is founded on this principle and will continuously improve the way we interface with them."

Integrity initially provided printed circuit board layout and design services for a number of years and gradually expanded to include mechanical design. Since 2008, Integrity added hardware development and decided the name "Integrity PCB Design, Inc." no longer represented the additional engineering and design capabilities it now provides, so a d/b/a was created to which we are now known as "Integrity Engineering & Design Solutions".

Our business plan was to not only develop continuous improvement to our services and interface improvements with our customers, but to develop and expand our capabilities. In 2010, we collaborated with Dennis "Pat" Patrick, a principle systems engineer that owned Azurite Engineering for 6 years that consisted of a team of 12 systems engineers, Azurite provided some of the best experts working on the latest Airbus commercial jets. The collaboration between Integrity and Azurite led to continuous growth and a merger, keeping the Integrity name.

Today, with over 40 employees, Integrity continues to provide experienced, talented, professional engineers and designers working on both commercial and government contracts, continuously exceeding its customers expectations.
