Through experience and innovation, Jimco Lamp Company has emerged over the past 45 years as a
major supplier to portable lighting markets internationally. Jimco's multiple divisions service a
substantial share of the retail lighting industry including channels of distribution such as mass
merchants, design-centric retail, specialty stores, internet, home centers, contract and direct mail.

Our many years of experience have given us a unique understanding of the relationship between style,

categories including decorative accessories, indoor hardwire lighting, outdoor portable and hardwire
lighting, curtain hardware, art, mirrors and small occasional casegoods.

Our home office in Bono, Arkansas is housed within a 200,000 square foot facility that serves as our
domestic distribution center and packaging facility. Our international office is located in Dongguan,
China and includes our product development staff, graphic artists, import logistics, account managers
and quality control teams.

With our emphasis on product design and development for customer specific categories and price
points, we continue to successfully maintain a leadership position in our designated markets. We offer
