Jon Fuller established Jon R. Fuller Locksmith LLC in June of 1973 after returning from Naval service in Vietnam.

He had partially learned the trade while in the Navy and felt he was qualified enough to start this service, which was not provided on the Lower Cape on a year round basis at that time. In fact before retiring from the Naval Reserve in 2005, the Navy sent Jon to many overseas areas to train active duty Seabees in locksmithing fundamentals.

As the business grew, he hired his retired mother and father to operate the shop, while he spent the majority of his time performing the road service calls.

In 1995, his wife Beverly took over in the shop providing dispatch and office management services, as well as, cutting keys.

In 2008, his son Chester Schifone began to learn the business and is receiving training both on the job and from the Yankee Security Convention classes.

Jon has been a member of the Associated Locksmiths of America (#6112) since 1976 and the Massachusetts Locksmiths Association (#220) since 1978, both of which can be referred to for locksmith credentials.

Today, Jon R. Fuller Locksmith LLC continues to be a full service, bonded lock shop, serving all of Cape Cod and the Islands. One exception, however, because of the growth of commercial and institutional work, the servicing of automobile lockouts, locks and transponder keys is no longer available.
