Al III, founder and President of JumpStart Productions, Inc. earned his degree in Electronic Technology. By helping his father successfully build their Manufacturers Representative business into a solid, profitable avenue for vendors to bring their products into HSN, Al developed a deep knowledge and understanding of the electronic retailing industry. Moving beyond product representation, he provided their clients with production services including demo creation, prop development, guest and host training. In 2002, Al opened JumpStart Production Inc and expanded his business services to include video production and network support. Al has written, produced, directed and edited hundreds of B-Roll videos that regularly appear on HSN and QVC as well as dozens of In-Store Videos currently running in National Retail chains, YouTube and other Internet media venues. Al is also a skilled commercial and creative photographer.

Al Sr, founder of our parent company, is an icon in the world of Manufacturers Representatives. He started his career in NYC as branch manager for the Hoover Company, followed by Regional Sales Mgr for the Oster Corp. He moved to FL with Rush Hampton Industries, became VP Sales & Mktg and founder of US Opâ€™s for Bionaire Corp and finished his corporate years with Soundesign Corp as Director of Sales & Mktg/Home Comfort Product Division. In 1990, Al founded Sales & Marketing Specialists and began covering all classes of trade in Fl, Mid-Atlantic & the Caribbean. In 2009, he merged his company with JumpStart Productions and remains a top player in his field of Manufacturersâ€™ Representatives.

Alison, on-air sales & training expert for JumpStart Productions, is a native Floridian but earned her BSBA in Marketing from the University of Missouri in Columbia. She began her electronic retail career in Florida as a Food Stylist at HSN and soon became an On-Air Demonstrator for kitchen electrics on HSN, QVC-UK and TSC-Canada and has enjoyed her profession for 13 years. Along with her on-air expertise, Alison is known for using her marketing skills to write powerful demonstrations, sales pitches and video scripts. Alison joined JumpStart Productions in 2007, is an integral part of the Talent Training Program and has expanded that training to include social media video coaching for Business and Personal Blogs and Websites.
