KADA was founded in 2010 by father and son Anthony Wray and Anthony Marcellus Rudd. KADA is a collection of former military experts and civilian professionals with extensive experience in Internet Technology and Telecommunications.

Anthony Wray Rudd is one of the cofounders of KADA and is its CEO (Chief Executive Officer). The former Air Force Aviations Electronics Technician, retired from UPS in 2008. He graduated Nyack University in 2007 with a B.S. in Operational Management and is currently seeking his Masters in Human Resources at Strayer University.

Anthony Marcellus Rudd is one of the cofounders of KADA and is its EVP (Executive Vice President). A Graduate of ECPI with a degree in Network Security; Mr. Rudd is a disabled veteran, that served in the US Navy for 11 years and has background in electronics and telecommunications. Before starting KADA, he was employed by the Virginia State Police as a Communications System Technician.
