His son-in-law, Harold Klamen, joined the business in 1946 and he subsequently began Klamen Real Estate Group in 1955 in the University City Loop. In 1966, they moved the business down the road to 7508 Delmar. In 1981, Harold’s son Kelly joined the family business and in 2016, Kelly’s son Chad joined. Since its inception, Klamen has built our business on integrity, honesty and fairness.

We specialize in buying distressed property in St. Louis city and county. This includes properties being sold as a result of divorce, inheritance, foreclosure, job loss or inability to remain in the property. Klamen also purchases commercial and multi-family units.
