Jamie's telecom career began with Bellsouth in 1985, where he held various sales, national accounts, and management positions. In 1995, he joined MCI as the regional sales manager for Louisiana, driving his team to over 400% budget attainment within 12 months.

Beginning in 1996 with KMC telecom, he held key P&L positions starting as the first city director in Shreveport. He was regional VP of the Florida (7) markets, and Sr. Vice President of the southern division until 2002. He managed the P&L for sales and operations for the division, overseeing the network build - out. Under his watch, revenue for the 22 markets went from zero revenues in 1996 to over $100M in 2001. Jamie served as KMC Telecom's Sr. Vice President - Corporate Business Development from 2002 -2004. The wholesale business strategy targeting IXC's, wireless carriers and cable MSO's, was funded with $1B from GE Capital, to build IP and fiber networks in a Lease, Operate and Buy Model.

In 2005, Jamie joined Budget Prepay, Inc., as the VP of Business Development. He developed the marketing strategy, financial business model, obtained the CAPEX funding, and managed the build - out of a retail and wholesale VoIP platform nationwide while launching a wireless broadband company for Residential and Small Business Services.

Most recently, Jamie was the Sales & Marketing Lead for rolling out business phone and IP trunking services at Bright House Networks in Tampa, Florida. Key deliverables included the sales team assessment, sales training, development of process flows from sales to billing, competitive analysis, CRM tool development, market assessment, marketing campaigns, sales strategies, and territory structures.
