Nick founded Lewis Properties in late 2009 as an expansion of his professional portfolio. He began the company as a passive investment firm, concentrating on investment in real estate investment trusts, primarily as a way of gaining knowledge of the ebbs and flows of the real estate market. While still heavily focused on REIT investments, Lewis Properties is currently in the process of expanding to include residential and commercial acquisition and development, as well as raw land acquisition and telecom tower communication site leases.

When he is not working towards developing and growing his business, Nick enjoys being outdoors as much as possible, be it hiking, mountain biking, or swimming.
