The corporation was founded in 1997 by Rebecca Marco, a technical writer, editor, and project manager with 34 years of experience in the technical publications field.

We believe that the effectiveness and accuracy of technical documentation is directly dependent on the writer's knowledge of the subject matter. Our writers have engineering backgrounds and experience. Because we understand engineering processes, we can develop manuals from limited source data and with minimal assistance from your technical staff.
