As I look at our growth through-out inception, I am extremely proud of what we have accomplished and very excited about our future. MartinFederal has transitioned from a dream that was launched in the third bedroom of my child hood family farm house in rural Alabama to a small vibrant business of choice with multiple southern geographical locations.

It is gratifying to know that we have pressed on through the economic down turn(s), both public and private, exceeding our clients quality requirements and work expectations while maintaining very competitive rates. Being that we are tax payers also, we believe that our streamlined internal six sigma processes assist us in keeping our Over Head and General & Administrative costs under control, and these internal cost savings are then passed on to our clients through our pricing model.

We have continued to gradually grow our contract portfolio when our competitors have experienced the opposite; I equate this to our seasoned management personnel, strong internal policies and procedures, and most important, our extremely certified staff of consultants.

As I think back over our transformation from a single one person start-up to a strong socioeconomic performance based organization, there are three tenants that have remained true and directly contribute to who we are today:

Responsive - we are highly alert and attuned to our clients' requirements, employee's needs, and our teaming partners.

Reliable - being that we are tax payers too, attention to detail is significantly given to our quality of service and work ethics.

Resilient - in every profession there are economic uncertainties, with strong management and a board of astute advisors, we are able to maintain financial viability during uncertain times.
