Patrick S. He also completed rigorous fellowship training in spinal surgery at the Scoliosis and Spine Center, an affiliate of Johns Hopkins Hospital in Towson, Maryland.
Following his medical training, Dr. McNulty followed a family tradition with military service. Dr. McNulty is a decorated military veteran serving in the United States Navy during the Bosnian War. He served active duty with the United States Navy from 1994-1997 in the Department of Orthopedic Surgery at the Naval Hospital in Portsmouth, Virginia. In addition to deploying during the Bosnian War, Dr. McNulty was also the head of the division of spine surgery and was involved full-time with orthopedic residency training.
