MP Nexlevel is the classic tale of two guys and a truck. Larry and Tim Pribyl, a couple of small town boys from Maple Lake, Minnesota, had an opportunity to do some utility work for a large communications company in Minnesota. Today with over 40 years of experience under their tool belts and hard hats, they are a nationally-recognized, full-service utility contractor working with communications, untility companies and municipalities in Minnesota and across the United States.

The company was founded in 1973, and with just a backhoe and a dump truck, began offering excavation services around Minnesota. MP Nexlevel soon developed a reputation as a company that provided quality work on time and on budget. This reputation led to contracts with national companies.

Now, 40 years later, MP Nexlevel welcomes the next generation of Pribyls to help bring the company into and through its next phase of successful growth and prosperity. In 2006, after 15 years as an employee of MP Nexlevel, Rob Pribyl, Tim's son, has become part owner and Vice-President of Operations. Together they will ensure that MP Nexlevel will be providing quality services for generations to come.

If there is one word to describe MP Nexlevel, it's "family". Both Larry's and Tim's families are heavily involved in all aspects of the company. Many have worked up through the ranks starting as laborers and becoming job foremen, superintendents and office managers. In addition to the Pribyls and their extended family, there are many other first and second generation families from their hometown of Maple Lake and the surrounding area who are employed by MP Nexlevel. These are the people who make up the heart and soul of MP nexlevel. The close family ties within the company are what make MP Nexlevel strong, viable and successful. MP Nexlevel has its corporate office in Maple Lake with three other permanent offices and additional satellite yards that cover over 32 states. Despite their growth, this network of family connections gives all employees a clear and united vision of the goals and direction of MP Nexlevel. They are committed to the success of MP Nexlevel and are excited to be part of this family company.
