Background and History
Dave Eldredge left university research at BYU & undergraduate teaching at UVU because of an enduring wife express pleadings - Bring home a real paycheck!
Mr. Eldredge was hired on the spot at his first interview by Michael Lissandrello, then president of Dinol (U.S.), Inc., in Redmond, Washington, then owned by a billion dollar Swiss chemical company EMS-TOGO/EFTEC.
Mr. Lissandrello and his sales team had been key and instrumental in securing Boeing, and a vast number of aftermarket aerospace and military accounts with an exclusive corrosion inhibiting product offering of which Boeing wrote its specification for after product development.
Mr. Eldredge on the other hand was given the assignment and responsibility to introduce to the US automotive aftermarket the Swiss manufactured auto glass urethane adhesive, which had many years of success with OEMs Volvo, Audi, VW and a few GM and Ford accounts. Little over 2 years in the undertaking, Mr. Eldredge secured an $8 million dollar 3 year exclusive agreement with Pilkington North America to be the sole US supplier of the Dinitrol brand auto glass urethane. At the same time this contract was secured, Mr. Lissandrello and his division got purchased by a strong Germany aerospace chemical company and acquired license to sole source and then latter manufacture the Dinitrol corrosion inhibiting compounds now under the brand name Ardrox. Mr. Lissandrello since 2001 has been Chemetall's US Aerospace division director overseeing a couple dozen Chemetall employed sales reps and taking on full responsibility for sales, marketing and profit.
After seeing the Pilkington contract to nearly the end of the 3 year agreement, Mr. Eldredge in 2005 went back to Mr. Lissandrello and obtained agreement to sell Chemetall Ardrox, Oakite products via Gustin Hydraulics, later American NDT and now independently and with continued growing success with NALTIC Industrials.
