Responsive supply and provisioning is essential to the success of any contracting service. Procurement and expediting, staging, transportation, inventory management and jobsite issuing are critical logistics activities that must be effectively managed. Using elements of the DOD/CALS process, NVT integrates procurement, inventory management and equipment management which allows for closer control of routinely used supplies and spares as well as critical equipment and components. We provide a direct interface between inventory management and procurement to better manage priorities, meet emergency needs and to track inbound acquisitions.





Systems Support and Process Control:



NVT provides systems support and process control activities to our government and commercial customers. We assist them with the automation of facilities management and plant process controls by designing, selecting, customizing and implementing computer-aided facilities management systems linked to CAD databases and computerized maintenance management systems. We also design, implement, and install scanning devices, signal converters, graphic and digital displays, and central control systems as well as the algorithms that support these systems.
