The Peterson Company provides a broad line of specialty ingredients along with a full range of testing, research services and extensive experience in all facets of pet food formulating. Ron Sayen, CEO has a background in the technical research of canned, soft-moist, dry and treat pet food formulations, as well as extensive experience in the identification, development and sales of specialized ingredients for the pet food industry.

Leigh Ann Sayen, President and Owner, has a technical background that has been instrumental in the continued growth of the company in both a product development and technical sales capacity. She holds a B.A. degree in Economics (Phi Beta Kappa) from Kalamazoo College and post graduate work in Food Science at Michigan State University.
