Petty's Cleaning Service was established in 1985 by Jessie Petty with nothing more than a dream, a few dollars and one employee, himself. We are now one of the premier cleaning and janitorial services specializing in the cleaning maintenance of large and small businesses as well as residential services.



In the beginning, being his only employee, Jessie could not get the financial support from any of the major lending institution required to initiate the business of his dream. Being determined to succeed, he was forced to only take small jobs. Several months in the business, as his reputation grew, Jessie was able to hire his two brothers to work with him on a part time basis. This enabled his business the opportunity to bid for and solicit bigger contracts and jobs, as well as establish a network of potential clients.



Being a fledgling small owned business, competing with the larger, more established businesses was hard. The company struggled for several years before starting to show a small margin of profit. At this point Jessie was empowered enough to hire additional personnel. In turn allowing him a better opportunity to complete in the market and bid for bigger and better contracts.
