Who We Are
The Petya I Edwards Foundation is a non-profit organization with one goal: To empower families to take control of their situation and prevent homelessness. There are no special requirements to qualify, and no situation is hopeless. Every child deserves a chance to live in a stable home; every family deserves a chance to find hope. That is what we offer.

How do we help?
We help by teaching families how to help themselves. We offer resources, training, and assistance that empower anyone who comes to us to find their own solutions. We understand that most people just want to get their life on track, and need a little help to do so. We provide that help, and keep working until you are ready to walk alone.

If you are a volunteer or sponsor, we encourage you to become as involved as you want. We are not just running an organization, we are building a community. Get to know the family you are sponsoring. Work closely with other people that, like you, just want to give their time to help. Support families that are struggling. Create lasting relationships with your community.
