Polystrand materials offer the opportunity to reduce weight while maintaining exceptional strength and impact resistance that prove invaluable to the transportation, aerospace, automotive, ballistic, and pipe industries. Polystrand custom manufactures thermoplastic composites to customer's specific needs. This is what sets us apart from all other composite companies.

In 2011, TechStrand, a division of Polystrand, was established to serve our customers requiring advanced resins and/or advanced fibers for their product development and improvement. TechStrand also serves as a research and development division to provide engineering and technical design service to our customers. Utilizing our services, companies can gain an edge in their current market by providing a product that is cost-effective yet minimizes waste, increases productivity, and competes with steel and aluminum for strength and recyclability.

In August 2012, Polystrand opened its Denver location. This state-of-the-art facility is the largest manufacturing plant in the world that produces continuous fiber reinforced thermoplastic material. Polystrand's new facility is designed to produce up to 100 million pounds of composite material annually with the goal of achieving a zero waste operation.
