Since 1993 Professional Rehab Network, Inc. has built its reputation on the quality and compassion of our staff. PRN is a therapist- owned company that provides you with hands-on management by the owners, Karen Small, OTR/L and Terri O'Malley, RPT.

Karen is a graduate of Sargent College at Boston University and holds a B.S. in Occupational Therapy. Terri is a graduate of Simmons College and holds a B.S. in Physical Therapy .Together we have over 40 years combined experience in the geriatric field providing rehabilitation services to skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities and in independent homes. If you have a problem or inquiry, you do not have to go through a series of middle managers. We respond directly to your needs.

In addition to Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy and Speech and Language Pathology services, PRN now offers Companions, Certified Home Health Aides, Certified Nursing Assistants and Nursing Services.

We know that coping with a loss of physical or mental acuity can be overwhelming. Often you and your loved ones need some extra help during this time of recovery and adjustment. PRN has the ability to provide whatever care you need whether this is therapy or nursing/companion services. Our staff takes pride in providing the best care possible keeping foremost in our minds and actions the pride and dignity of each patient
